Do not claim artwork as yours. I have the right to use the commissions on my portfolio, upload them on my gallery or any of my socials unless explicitly asked not to.

Please keep contact information up-to-date, I am not liable to hunt you down if you change your @/ usernames during commission process

When commissioning me, proper reference of characters/posing/etc will be Required

My turnaround time for commissions varies depending on time I have capable to finishing a piece. This could be days, weeks or months (Do not ask for a deadline)

All purchases will only be through PayPal. I require that you send your Paypal email so I can send you an invoice.

Do NOT include information about the commission in transaction, usernames are fine.

Failure to do so will result in a refund of your payment until the transaction has been done properly

Payment must be given After the approval of a rough sketch before moving towards completion.

I will make any changes needed to the sketch before payment, but once payment has been sent do not expect me to make drastic changes to the commission piece( Ex. Changing posing, facial expression, adding/deleting additional character)

I will give refunds in full if I haven't started the work.

I will only give partial refunds depending on how far I am finished with the work

I do not give refunds once the commission is completed. If you are unhappy I will give a discount for future purchase

I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with or under qualified to do

I reserve the right to drop any commission order after accepting it and refunding the piece in full, at any time for any reason
